Valentina Cimolai, MD

I am a triple board-certified psychiatrist in Child/Adolescent Psychiatry, Adult Psychiatry, and Integrative Medicine, offering integrative mental health treatment to children, adolescents, young adults and adults. I have trained and worked in the mental health field for the past 10 years, in several countries and across multiple settings. Throughout my career, I realized the limitations of our current medical model and wanted to offer more to my patients so I joined the fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the Andrew Weil Integrative Medicine Center, graduating in 2021. I also completed the Nutritional Psychiatry Training for Healthcare Providers taught by Dr Drew Ramsey and I am certified in CBT for insomnia. I am passionate about tapping into humans’ abilities to heal themselves, getting to the root causes of the challenges you are facing and combining conventional therapies with lifestyle changes, supplements, and mind-body approaches. I am dedicated to help you optimize your brain health and overcome mood disorders, anxiety, attention problems and trauma to succeed. I see clients in California, Florida, New York, and Virginia.

Roberta Zanzonico, MD

I am a board-certified psychiatrist and published author. I offer treatments designed for adults and older adults, and I have a dedicated focus on women going through challenging reproductive phases (infertility, peripartum and menopause). I have trained between Italy and the United States, where I conducted research at Massachusetts General Hospital / Harvard Medical School and ultimately completed my training at the University of Southern California. In 2020, I became a Clinical Instructor at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. I have extensive experience treating a number of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, OCD, and bipolar disorder. I deliver treatment plans that include lifestyle changes, self-exploration and medications, when needed. I perfected my training and gained a second board certification in Consultation and Liaison Psychiatry, which focuses on complex clinical scenarios, ranging from pregnant women with active psychiatric disorders to transplant recipients and cancer survivors. My deep understanding of complex psychopharmacology allows me to provide tailored treatment for older clients and medically fragile patients. Through a personalized approach, I will accompany you through a journey of self-growth to promote recovery and empowerment towards a fulfilling life. I see clients in California, Florida, and New York.
