What type of appointments do you offer?

Where are your clients located?

We currently provide services for clients located in California, Florida, New York, and Virginia.

Do you take insurance?

We accept insurance in the states of California, Florida, New York, and Virginia. Please see the list below:

  • Optum – (UnitedHealthcare, GEHA – UnitedHealthcare, Shared Services (UHSS), Oscar, Harvard Pilgrim, Oxford, UHC Student Resources, UMR, All Savers (UHC), Health Plans Inc, Medica (Eligible if policy is commercial only), Surest (Formerly Bind)*
  • Aetna – (Meritain, Nippon, Allied Benefit Systems, Trustmark, Trustmark Small Business Benefits, Health Scope, Christian Brothers Services)
  • Cigna

If your insurance company reimburses for telemedicine visits, we will provide you with an itemized invoice that you can submit for reimbursement. We do not submit any invoices to insurance companies on clients’ behalf. You can also pay using your HSA or FSA account, which many employers sponsor.

What are your fees?

If you don’t have any of the insurance above or prefer to pay out of pocket, our fees are the following:

  • Adult Initial Evaluation (60 minutes) is $350.
  • Child and Adolescent Initial Evaluation (90 minutes) is $400.
  • Focused Follow-up (up to 30 minutes) is $180.
  • Therapy Follow-up (50 minutes) is $325.

We will provide you with a good faith estimate prior to the initial appointment.

Are there services or treatments not provided?

We only provide telepsychiatry services and do not see clients in person. The address you find on our website is for administrative purposes.
We do not prescribe any controlled medications, such as stimulants or benzodiazepines.
We do not provide any legal evaluations, including, but not limited to, parental custody evaluations, court-mandated treatment, emotional support animal evaluations, weapons purchase clearance evaluations or other similar administrative evaluations.
